What ships today

  • Tracked rivals

3 competitor brands on Starter, 10 on Growth — counted in the same stored answers your own score comes from, not in a separate estimate.

  • Share of voice, shown honestly

The blended figure never stands unexplained: the per-engine parts sit beside it — and where an old scan no longer stores them, it says so instead of pretending. A blend means something different when one engine is carrying it.

  • Drop and overtake alerts

When a tracked rival passes you, or your share falls scan over scan, the alert arrives with its receipt — the stored answers that moved it.

  • Win/loss per question

For every tracked question: who was named and who was not, so you can read exactly where a rival is taken seriously and you are absent.

  • Source and citation analytics

The domains engines cite when they answer your market — and the sources they lean on when the answer names a rival instead of you.

What this does not do
  • Share of voice is measured over your tracked question set, on the engines this deployment samples. It is a sampling instrument, not a market-wide survey.
  • Alerts fire on measured movement in stored answers. We do not speculate about why an engine changed its mind, and a blended number always carries its per-engine parts or an honest note that they were not stored.
  • Adding a competitor tracks what engines say about that brand in your shared market questions. It does not scan their catalog.
