- Paddle is our merchant of record: Paddle takes the payment, issues the invoice, and calculates, collects and remits any sales tax or VAT due. Your purchase contract for the transaction is with Paddle, not with us — the detail is in our Terms of Service.
- Cancelling takes one click, in Settings
- Cancel any time. There is no cancellation fee and no notice period, and you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Which AI engines do you track?
ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity — sampled live, with web search, and each verbatim answer stored with the sources it cited, so every score is backed by evidence you can open. Every engine is weighted equally and you always see the per-engine breakdown behind a combined number, never a blended figure on its own. Demo environments use clearly labeled simulated data. Each weekly scan samples 2 questions per product, each asked once, on every one of the 3 answer engines — so a weekly figure is a monitoring sample, not a verification. We never report that an answer changed on the strength of one sample.
What does the products quota actually promise?
Two facts, stated separately on every card. The weekly refresh is the promise that moves — Starter: 15 products refreshed every week, stalest first — see /docs for the arithmetic. Growth: 40 products refreshed every week, stalest first — see /docs for the arithmetic. The tracked ceiling is the rotation's reach, not a weekly promise.
Do I need SEO or technical knowledge?

Is my store data safe, and what happens if I disconnect?
Yes. We request product read/write access only — writes happen solely when you approve a push, and we never request order or customer scopes. Access tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and in transit, we never sell your data, and you can disconnect and delete everything from Settings at any time.
